People who know me this side of the pond (USA) have been asking me about Afghanistan quite a lot in the last few days. It must well be due to the “agreement” signed between the Taliban and the US Government.
I defer them to a video interview that I did a good few years ago with reference to our first novel after the success of The Circuit, called The Infidel. The words are as true today as they were 10 or so years ago.
Today it would be classed as historical fiction…the truth in a fictional setting.
