TO ALL MILITARY VETS: Tabbing is good for you.

For far too long now, I’m seeing on social media the depressing statistics of military vets being in bad places.

No, not war zones…but places in their heads…mental trauma.

We all have bad moments, and we all have bad days, weeks and even months. It can be anything from a nightmare dream to a bad relationship at work, home or socially…something just sparks it all off.

Well, who cares…just who really cares?

I would imagine that plenty of people care from your family, mates to your work colleagues.

But when you’re in that negative frame of mind…perhaps hating everything, including yourself…the people who really care don’t even come into your thinking.

So, right now…depressed, lonely, not thinking positively…perhaps even suicidal…here is an awesome tip to move forward, and to stop you marking time and therefore wasting time and ultimately wasting a valuable life to loved ones.

Get your boots and pack together, and punch out either onto some local hills, or even as I do here in New York…tab around the streets. It doesn’t have to be a heavy pack, and the tabbing can begin as little as 20 minutes worth.

So why, what does it achieve?

Well just maybe for the first time in a long time you’re actually making a plan…and therefore looking forwards and not backwards…therefore a step in the right direction. In addition, you’re burning calories…your body and your brain are now thriving on the right chemicals which you’ll soon find out within a few days of tabbing will automatically make you feel much better.

Before you know it, you’ll be eating and sleeping better. You might now want to catch up with family and/or mates, because they surely want to catch up with you.

Do it…do it now…because one things for sure…no matter what’s going on inside your head, tabbing will never ever let you down!

  1. I always care. My comrades first always. Hopefully if/when I ever need. I can count on them. Unquestionably
